[Definite Contract] Your role & work environment As part of strengthening its Business Banking Real Estate department, ING Luxembourg is reinforcing its Real Estate team within Business Banking with a "specialist" profile. Your key responsibilities Manage the portfolio of local and cross-border Real Estate business clients. Prepare and present loan files to the credit committee. Communicate with various stakeholders in the client relationship to ensure appropriate follow-up not only in terms of loan files but also reporting (CDD, regulatory, administrative, etc.), all in a timely manner. Develop a network and represent the bank at events organized by ING or Luxembourgish companies or institutions to develop privileged relationships and integrate into the Luxembourgish economic fabric. You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems. **As a Business Banker - Real Estate, you will also need**: A University degree (Economics, Finance, Law) and/or solid experience in the banking sector of at least 3 to 5 years related to legal entities. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the legal, fiscal, and social environment of local and cross-border companies. Expertise in all products (loans, deposits, payments, guarantees, etc.) for the business segment and in-depth knowledge of financial analysis. Proficiency in common computer/productivity tools (Microsoft Office, etc.). A proactive approach towards the tasks at hand in order to deliver on time. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish and any other language is considered an asset.
