- Are you interested in sustainable finance and related regulatory framework for investment funds? Do you know how to improve efficiency and support automation? You are solution oriented and a great team player?
- We’re looking for Depositary Bank Oversight Specialist to:
- manage and perform depositary bank oversight controls on UCITS and AIFMD funds covering the full range of SFDR articles and across all asset classes
- provide a solid background in investment restriction monitoring for ESG and non ESG funds
- support implementation and automation in our depositary bank tool
- work with internal & external parties to resolve queries, escalate issues and handle audit requests
- keep up-to-date with related business, technical and regulatory developments
- take care of on boardings of new clients, assess complexity and define adequate requirements and controls
- review the control framework and come up with improvements

- You’ll be working in the Depositary Bank Oversight Team of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch. We are responsible for all regulatory controls under UCITS V and AIFMD. We are a very divers and dynamic team that applies a high degree of collaboration within the daily work life. **Your expertise**
- a first experience in a custody or fund administration or within a financial institution
- good knowledge of operational aspects of the depositary, custody or fund administration activities
- a strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulations
- strong interest in sustainable finance and related regulatory developments
- totally committed and constantly willing to develop yourself in a dynamic environment
- comfortable working productively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently
- analytical and able to articulate issues, formulate and present recommendations
- a great communicator, with the ability to interact appropriately at all levels in the organization
- fluent in English; French and/or German are assets
