Join our growing group of young and youthful innovators to uncover a world of opportunity together. **What you will be working on**: As a Professional Qualifications specialist, you will be responsible for supporting employees and end to end management in the process of PQs (Professional Qualifications) across the firm. You will oversee understanding the complex professional qualifications and certificates environment which is divided in main 4 pillars **PQ Support** - Control, keep track and manage the internal PQ requests (Incl.Congé individuel de formation requests) - Be the point of contact for PQ requests/questions and respond in a timely manner **Data & reporting** - Create and monitor training records for each employee supported by KPMG and requesting Government's support - Update databases related to PQ - Provide statistics on bi-annual basis and PQ updates on a yearly basis - Provide the PQ BP with assistance regarding the CPE requirements and reporting for our "Réviseurs d'entreprises" and Accountants **Communication & training** - Give information sessions on PQ paths and possibilities - Schedule trainings and mock exams with Partners PQ Ambassadors **Processes & policies** - Ensure a consistent professional qualification support: develop organization-wide standards, processes and practices that are harmonized across functions - Update internal policies related to PQs and presentations - Compute leaver fees and communicate to the PQ BP **What we look for?** - Excellent level of English & French - Bachelor's degree Human Resources, in Business Management, Management or similar fields. - A strong enthusiasm and interest for the topics around Academic Accreditations, Diplomas equivalences, Certifications... - Someone very motivated who also displays a strong ownership and team spirit - Strong communication skills, very good organizational and analytical skills - Someone with a great sense of priorities and attention to details - An exposure to a Professional Qualification path would be considered as a plus **What will you get?** We offer more than jobs.
