Yusen Logistics Benelux has branches in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden. We have about 700 colleagues working on these locations. For our location in Luxemburg, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team.
What’s the job about:
- Processing of Import and export shipments
- Tracking and tracing of shipments
- Communication with suppliers and Yusen offices and/or agents
- Arranging deliveries
- Providing support to department Managers and sales
- Damage prevention / claim processing
- Provide correct clearance instructions to the customs department
- Timely invoicing and financial closing of files in line with internal regulations
- Ensure correct data input on daily basis in compliance with fixed procedures and deadlines
- Provides a high level of Customer Service
Who are we looking for
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not a necessity
- You are stress resistant and can multitask in a high pace environment
- Ability to provide an excellent customer service
- Ability to efficiently solve problems
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Proficient in French and English. Which allows you to communicate professionally with customers
