Our client is a renowned investment firm, operating as an independent asset manager overseeing several billion dollars for individuals, families, and institutions worldwide.
To reinforce their team in Luxembourg, we are actively seeking a Junior Wealth Services Associate.
Our client specifically seeks an individual fluent in spoken and written French.
As a Junior Wealth Services Associate, your role is pivotal in supporting the team's ambitious goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, preparing onboarding paperwork, contributing to sales deliverables, establishing new processes, and more. Joining the new brokerage team offers an opportunity to expand your knowledge in both finance and the market, playing a vital role in a growing business. Reporting to your Team Leader, you will receive guidance for job training and ongoing professional development.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Support wealth engineers and investment counsellors with operational requests (portfolio recommendations, system updates, documentation) to ensure exceptional service to prospects and clients.
Ensure the collection of appropriate documentation from clients to initiate their relationship with our client by collaborating with internal departments and requesting necessary documents.
Collaborate with the insurance company to fulfill administrative and operational requests for clients.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and brainstorm process improvements to support a growing department.
**Your Qualifications**:
A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Native French language proficiency and proficiency in English.
The recruitment process will be in English.
