**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As the Transfer Agency Service Delivery Associate you will be a point of escalation for service-related issues in general and act as a point of contact for both the Third Party Administrator (TPA) and internal AM teams regarding TA activities. You will be working with an established team to support the oversight of delegated services to our TPA’s. With your knowledge of the Transfer Agency services life cycle, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as to build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders.
**Job responsibilities**
- Support the business by ensuring the TPA’s complete all delegated activities in a timely and controlled way.
- Support the team in completing projects that in turn help supports / enhance the business model.
- Issue escalation to management and ensuring its timely resolution.
- To be able to work independently and as part of a broader team.
- To be able to support and coordinate client communications.
- To partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the needs of our clients are met.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- A high level of Transfer Agencies operational services
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal awareness,
- Ability to easily build strong relationships internally/externally
- Positive attitude to change and high risk/controls mindset
- Have the competence to learn and pick up work quickly
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
- Fluent in English, any other European language would be beneficial
