**Your team**:

- The **Pictet Group** is one of the world’s leading independent wealth and asset managers. The scope of the role is to produce tax reporting for clients from different jurisdictions and for the tax authorities (Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, FATCA/CRS).
- The **operational tax officer** ensures that the tax treatment for our clients’ transactions meets the requirements of their tax authorities. And to comply with local regulations as a paying agent bank (payment TOB, etc).

**Your role**:

- Review and monitor daily transactions.
- Analyze daily calculations of capital gains and withholding taxes. Investigate root cause of errors.
- Ensure that the tax treatment of transactions is aligned with the requirements of different jurisdictions.
- Take responsibility for daily and yearly controls. Ensure that various tax reporting tools are up to date.
- Produce annual and on-demand tax reports tax reports for clients from different locations.
- Contribute to projects. Assist with functional specifications for new implementations.
- Give support in case of questions from clients.
- Detect complex topics and propose solutions.
- Assess the need for improvements.
- Accompany the Head of Team to optimize production processes and contribute to improvement of production tools.

**Your profile**:

- Qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business and/or Economics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking / tax operations or a related finance role.

Specific knowledge:

- Good knowledge of operational banking processes.
- Very good understanding of the transaction process flows and private banking services.
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language skills:

- Fluent in French
- Good command in English
- Personal qualities:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Team spirit.
- Ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving abilities.
