**Activités / Missions**:
A la Banque de Luxembourg, nous desservons trois types de clients : les clients privés, les clients entreprises de type familial et les clients professionnels issus des métiers de la gestion d'actifs.

Au sein du département Tax - Operationnal Tax Services votre mission principale est d'assurer le traitement fiscal des différentes opérations sur titres réalisées pour le compte de nos clients et de garantir le respect de nos obligations vis-à-vis des autorités fiscales.

En tant que Tax Officer, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Vous veillez au respect des obligations réglementaires de la Banque en termes de prélèvements et assistez nos clients dans les différents contacts avec les autorités compétentes pour les questions relatives au PRM, TOB, PONL, FTT, TACT, Relibi ;
- En tant que spécialiste en fiscalité opérationnelle, vous assurez le suivi quotidien des relations avec nos clients internes ainsi qu'avec les dépositaires et les autorités fiscales ;
- Vous prenez en charge de A à Z les dossiers de réductions ou de récupérations des prélèvements à la source pour le compte de notre clientèle privée et professionnelle ;
- Afin de garantir la plus grande efficacité des flux vous participez aux tests et à la validation des modifications apportées aux différents outils ;
- Enfin, de nature curieux-se, vous suivez l'évolution des réglementations et êtes garant-e du respect et de la mise à jour des procédures, en collaboration avec l'équipe.

**Profil**:
Fort-e de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en fiscalité opérationnelle ou dans le secteur bancaire avec une orientation fiscale, vous souhaitez relever un nouveau challenge.
- Vous possédez un Bac + 3/ + 5 avec une formation en Fiscalité ou Gestion ;
- Vous êtes familier-e avec les sujets fiscaux suivants : fiscalité nationale et internationale sur produits bancaires et financiers ;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils Microsoft Office (notamment Excel). La connaissance d'AVALOQ constitue un atout ;
- Vous êtes autonome mais aimez travailler au sein d'une équipe. Polyvalent-e et organisé-e, vous êtes capables d'analyser des dossiers complexes.;
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral, toute autre langue constitue un atout.
