As the Senior Product Manager Technical in the compliance team - you will join a dynamic team that is at the forefront of this vision to build a global marketplace. Our products, supported by a dedicated engineering team of 50+, are across different stages of product life cycle, from ideation to maturity. You will be responsible for the charter which includes ensuring we maintain compliance of Amazon and its selling partners across the EU, automating selling partner outreach and awareness programs, and automating manual operations.

**The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment around priorities, features, and capabilities required
- Write requirements and specifications to meet business requirements and drive the product development schedule from design to release
- Perform supporting research and analysis for your products by gathering data, understanding dependent systems, and leveraging knowledge of legal and compliance experts in our team
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and other product managers both in our organization and across Amazon to find the best solutions
- Define, prioritize, and plan the resources needed for programs and projects to be delivered on time
- Manage communication of product feature/release timelines to key stakeholders
