Are you passionate about creating seamless user experiences and driving innovation in a startup environment? We are seeking a **Senior Product Manager** to shape the future of our platform under the most iconic domain on the internet, catering to a large base of users and clients. You'll have the autonomy to define strategies, implement impactful features, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to serve our users worldwide.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our mission and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
- Analyze data to generate insights and ensure the product delivers measurable value to users and the business.
- Ensure the product meets quality standards, addressing any technical, functional, or business issues effectively.
- Act as an advocate for the customer, incorporating their feedback into the product development process.
- Maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with long-term goals and immediate needs.
- Partner with the design team to create user-friendly and effective product experiences.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and integrate them into product decisions seamlessly.

**Qualifications**
- Significant experience in a Product Manager role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment (would be ideal to have 5+ years’ experience)
- Expertise in defining features, translating customer needs into actionable product plans, and setting clear, achievable goals.
- Proven success in working with engineering and design teams to rapidly deliver product features aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, ensuring product performance across various devices, platforms, and use cases.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and use them to guide decisions and meet business goals.
- Experience in user experience design, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer interactions.
- Ability to connect product initiatives with larger business goals to deliver tangible outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Proactive approach to managing stakeholder needs and integrating them into product strategies effectively.
