Rattaché(e) au département Office Agency et sous la responsabilité du Head of Occupier Services & Commercial Agency, votre mission consistera en une contribution dynamique aux trois axes suivants sur le marché luxembourgeois de l’immobilier de bureaux:

- Développement du portefeuille de mandats,
- Commercialisation de biens.

**Responsabilités**:
Sur le marché luxembourgeois de l’immobilier professionnel de bureaux:

- Veille et analyse permanentes du marché,
- Recherche active et par tous les moyens appropriés de nouveaux biens / projets immobiliers à commercialiser,
- Sous le contrôle du Head of Office Agency, négociation de mandats avec les propriétaires, promoteurs immobiliers,
- Accompagnement des Mandants dans la mise sur le marché de leurs biens immobiliers, (études de marché, positionnement prix, outils de communication à mettre en place, mise en œuvre d’une stratégie commerciale ),
- Création de fiches descriptives pour chaque bien en portefeuille,
- Assurer la mise à jour permanente de la base de données,
- Compte-rendu des actions commerciales aux mandants par des rapports d’activités, l’organisation de réunions de commercialisation,
- Participation à des évènements de networking.

Un minimum d’expérience dans une activité similaire sera considérée comme un atout,**:

- ** Connaissance du marché immobilier Luxembourgeois ou de ses acteurs constitue un avantage,**:

- ** Français et anglais courants** ; la connaissance de l’allemand, du luxembourgeois ou de toute autre langue sera considérée comme un avantage,
- Maîtrise des logiciels MS365, la maitrise de Easy2Pilot serait un plus,
- Forte appropriation de la notion de service client,
- Solides compétences en négociation et en vente,
- Pugnacité, proactivité, pragmatisme et vivacité d’esprit,
- Capacité de s’exprimer et de convaincre avec aisance, tant par écrit que verbalement,
- Qualités d’organisation et de rigueur,
- Autonomie combinée à un bon esprit d’équipe.
