**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du steuerst und verantwortest die Entwicklung, sowie das laufende Management von Institutional Investments Funds & Mandates mit dem Schwerpunkt Real Estate (Spezial-AIFs und Asset Management Mandate)
- Eigenverantwortlich steuerst du vollumfänglich das Portfoliomanagement der Beteiligungsunternehmen und bist für das Liquiditätsmanagement verantwortlich
- Du wirkst integrativ zwischen dem Vertrieb, der Akquisition, dem Asset Management und den internen Fachabteilungen sowie den externen Fachleuten (z.B. Berater, externe Prüfinstanzen)
- Du führst Investorentreffen durch (bspw. Anlageausschuss, Gesellschafterversammlungen) und verantwortest das laufende Reporting (Jahresbericht, Monats-/Quartalsbericht)
- Du beobachtest und analysierst die relevanten Märkte und Produkte und leitest Anpassungsbedarfe ab und setzt diese um
- Du übernimmst Geschäftsführungsmandate, insbesondere in den betreuten Objekt
- und Beteiligungsgesellschaften
- Du arbeitest an spannenden Projekten mit u.a. zur Digitalisierung unsere Fund-Produkte

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein Studium der Wirtschafts
- oder Rechtswissenschaften o.Ä. und bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre an relevanter Berufserfahrung mit
- Du bist erfahren im Management von institutionellen Investment Funds & Mandates und bist sicher in der Erstellung von Business-Plänen, Wirtschaftlichkeits
- und Prognoserechnungen
- Du hast ausgezeichnetes Asset-Know-how in der Immobilienwirtschaft
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Fachwissen hinsichtlich der gesellschafts
- und steuerrechtlichen Strukturierung von Spezial-AIFs
- Du bist Experte für regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen (semi-)professioneller Investoren sowie für AIF-Produkte im Allgemeinen
- Du zeichnest Dich durch hohe Konfliktfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Eloquenz sowie sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Deine Zielstrebigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie Dein unternehmerisches Denken machen Dich zum idealen Kandidaten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
