Andrew Jackson**Senior Legal Manager - Real Estate Investor - Luxembourg**

We are mandated by a real estate investor of global importance to help fill this key legal appointment to their growing investment platform in Luxembourg. Reporting to the Managing Director of the Luxembourg office the role will have the following responsibilities:

- Draft Fund documentation and contracts relating to the Fund and the management company business including, among others, offering documents, external service providers and joint ventures agreements;
- Provide support to the structuring team on a variety of transactions, including financing arrangements;
- Review and validate investment fund structures from an AIFMD perspective
- Review and comment governing documents (LPA, PPM, AIFM agreement, Depositary agreement )
- Monitor and supervise inception process (board meeting, signature of documents) and filings with Luxembourg authorities (LBR, CSSF)
- Monitor specific reporting undertakings
- Coordinate and monitor law firms and service providers

Role specific skills and qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years PQE, ideally with a Law firm, in Real Estate and/or Investment Manger;
- Degree in Law/Legal Studies
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg Fund structures
- Team player, proactive and with excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and a “can-do” attitude;
