As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key support by succeeding in your different tasks:
Fulfill client database;
Handle agendas;
Introduce timesheet in the system;
Ensure invoicing;
Payment follow-up;
Draft letters, reports and PowerPoint presentations.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Administration;
You have 2 years’ experience, ideally in a law firm, in the Big 4 or financial institutions;
You speak English and French fluently (mandatory);
You have a strong knowledge of MS Office;
You are meticulous, organized and proactive;
You have an irreproachable presentation.
Our client, a law firm established in Luxembourg for decades, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

In a contexte of a replacement, Select has been mandated to recruit a talent to join their office.

You will take a strategic position in the Admin pool composed by 10 people, by supporting a talented lawyer’s team. You will work in close collaboration with the Admin team, being the back-up for all and vice versa.

Dynamism, innovation, team spirit and collaboration are expected to perform in this role.Ideally located and easy to access, you will join a prestigious firm and a caring team.
