**Your team**
We have a great new role opportunity for you to join our Luxembourg-based Global Real Estate business, in our Fund Accounting department. You will report directly to the Regulatory Officer and will collaborate with a variety of teams. You will be part of a well-established team, where plenty of support will be available to you.

**Your role**
As the Assistant Regulatory Officer you will report to the Regulatory officer and take care of various tasks including operating the regulatory reporting compliance monitoring system, maintaining the regulatory reporting calendar and tracker and the preparation and circulation notices of upcoming deadlines.

Together with the Regulatory Officer you will
- Monitor filing status, including outsourced activities
- Follow-up on overdue filings, assist with error resolution
- Assist with regulator enquiries
- Preparation of incident reports
- On-boarding, off-boarding funds to the system, or changing the funds status if needed
- Provide support regarding reporting systems (i.e. access reviews)
- Handle related invoices
- Prepare reporting to the COMEX
