The role holder will therefore need to be flexible and proactive in order to maintain and enhance the necessary compliance framework.**Key Responsibilities for this role**:
Responsible for the delivery and management of a range of activities including:

- FCC Reg watch:
- Monitor regulatory developments in Luxembourg and in Europe and perform impact assessment on M&G Luxembourg's business (ensuring its compliance and implementation of processes and controls across all activities);
FCC Regulatory Framework:
- Participate in regular/ad-hoc Group projects impacting Lux FCC such as the review of country risk assessments and definition of group FCC standards;
- Support the FCC Regulatory Manager by updating FCC policies, procedures, risk assessments and risk appetite statements for the Super ManCo and the funds under management, in line with regulatory requirements and in support of the business strategy;
- Support in the monitoring, oversight of and adherence to AML/CFT regulatory controls forming part of the Luxembourg Financial Crime Compliance Monitoring Plan.

FCC Advisory:
- Assist the FCC Regulatory Manager in supporting on a range of projects including new fund launches and the on-boarding of new third-party service providers or segregated mandates;
FCC Trainings:
- Promote M&G's values and culture to all of the Financial Crime Compliance stakeholders through the provision of dedicated AML trainings;
- Support key international growth projects impacting MGL;
- Promoting M&G Group and Luxembourg's values and culture to all Financial Crime Compliance team stakeholders.

**Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3/4 years of r elevant AML experience in Luxembourg asset management (AIFM / Law firm in Luxembourg);
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg asset management ecosystem, different fund structures and legal regimes is essential;
- Experience in the regulated/ unregulated investment fund environment would be an advantage;
- Supportive team player, displaying positive attitude and collegiate/ cohesive approach to work and work life;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are of paramount importance;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of any other European language would be asset (German, Spanish, Italian).
