Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Service Account Manager to join our passionate team at Proximus Luxembourg SA. As a key player in our organization, you'll be at the forefront of customer satisfaction, driving strategic initiatives, and unlocking new business opportunities.
Role Overview: As a Service Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the supervision and coordination of key customer accounts. Your responsibilities include ensuring the productivity and profitability of assigned customers, aligning projects with client strategies, and identifying and managing strategic risks. Reporting to the Head of Service Account Management, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, implementing effective governance, and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and address client issues to define a long-term strategy
Identify stakeholders, establish governance, and align projects with the client's strategy
Manage strategic risks and dependencies between different client projects and teams
Define key performance indicators and report on project and operational performance
Drive improvement actions and facilitate internal project review
Consolidate project information in a roadmap and participate in steering committee meetings
Monitor project budgets, customer governance, and ensure customer satisfaction
**Profile**:
Extensive experience in managing a portfolio or program management office, including large-scale IT programs
Strong background in delivering managed IT services to critical business organizations
Proven experience in driving change and innovation within organizations
Technical competencies/understanding (server/storage/network/Cloud)
Solutions-oriented with an excellent commercial mindset
Interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in French and English, fluency in Dutch is an asset.
