- Oversee contractual and financial administration related to the project
- Support and coordinate the production and timely submission of all required reports and deliverables
- Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with EU funding guidelines, supporting both internal and external partners
- Drive communication with key stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met and expectations aligned
- Collaborate with the Research Facilitator team and the FSTM’s financial controllers to provide consistent, strategic project support
- Further information:_

**Your profile**:

- A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or engineering discipline relevant to the University’s research profile
- Experience managing large, EU-coordinated research projects, preferably within engineering, smart mobility, or urban systems
- Deep understanding of research environments in academia, particularly within a university setting
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- High-level communication skills in English (both spoken and written); fluency in French is considered an asset
- Ability to produce clear, structured reports and deliverables aligned with EU research and innovation frameworks
- A service-oriented mindset, with flexibility, proactivity, and a strong team spirit
- A passion for enabling scientific impact through robust project management

**We offer**:
