- Experience in supply chain and international transportation (ocean, air, rail, trucking).
- Experience in program/project management experience leading medium to large programs.

- Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
- Experience performing and sharing data analysis on large data sets using SQL, Excel, and dashboard/visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau).
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making, and driving process excellence.

Our team is looking for an individual with excellent business, technical, analytical and strategic thinking skills to build supply chain solutions to improve inbound supply chain performance and inventory placement.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and lead strategic projects and initiatives that drive step-changes and performance improvements in supply chain operations
- Perform complex data analysis and modelling to drive key strategic decisions
- Manage a complex network of stakeholders and business areas to align on priorities and feature sets
- Proactively develop risk mitigation strategies and technical specifications
- Contribute to operational planning, lead business reviews, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal projects and reporting to drive forward-looking initiatives
- Drive the launch and implementation of new operational models, liaising cross-functionally
- Manage tactical issues and critical escalations in the logistics network, leveraging functional expertise
- Communicate insights and recommendations through well-reasoned, data-driven documents
- Coordinate with data providers and technology teams to ensure data accuracy and availability
- Liaise with Forwarders to secure capacity and ensure on-time delivery of inbound shipments

Luxembourg, LUX
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, VBA) & statistical software packages.
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions.
- Project management certification and experience managing project portfolios or PMOs.
- Exposure to Six-Sigma Black Belt concepts.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics is a strong plus.
