PRIVATE CAPITAL TRANSFER AGENT OFFICER (H/F) (NUMÉRO DE L'EMPLOI : BNPSUC PC TA) - The Securities Services business of BNP Paribas is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities._ - The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services._ - We are currently looking for a:_ **Private Capital Transfer Agent Officer (H/F)** **Permanent Contract** **Your mission**: - 1. To process the investors capital calls and distributions, equalisation, transfer - 2. To process reporting and payments and cash management in and out 3. To maintain registers static data and setup into eFront (FIA) **Key Responsibilities & Expected result area** - ü Participation in the launch of new funds (or sub-funds), SICAR, RAIF, SCSP and unregulated entities. ü Creation and maintenance of share/unitholders’ register on eFront (FIA). ü Process and control of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares/units. - ü Collection of documents with regards to distribution, process of distribution calculations, bookkeeping and cash management. ü Preparation and sending of contract notes and share/unitholders’ statements to the fund's investors. ü Preparation/review of specific investors reporting. ü Preparation/review of TA audit confirmation. - ü Handling of all incoming requests, either from client, either from other counterparts, regarding the Private Capital TA tasks. ü Make sure that checklists are completed on time, exhaustively and double-checked before providing the output to the client. ü Provide client service & support for BAU and ongoing operational issues. ü Actively participating to the team organisation by taking initiatives and by being implicated in common projects. ü Follow-up of the incidents until full completion of corrective & preventive measures. ü Archiving of all TA documents. ü Ensure relevant information is passed to Fund Accountant, Custody teams and other teams. ü Maintaining efficient external and internal relationships with clients, managers, TA KYC, domiciliation team, Business Implementation, sales representatives, auditors ü Improving hierarchy relationship by reporting regularly encountered problems, outstanding work (escalation process) and any risk identified. ü Help in the production of TA activity statistic. ü Participate to the review of team procedures and checklists. ü If required be involved in department projects. ü Support other Private Capital teams if required. **Benefits of this position**: - By joining this evolving team, you will be given a broad scope of responsibilities that directly impact the operations of BPSS’ Private Capital clients.
