Job Description

LGT Fund Administrators (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. (the “Company”) provides fund administration services to mainly private equity funds and the administration group has over EUR 30 billion in assets under administration. The Company is looking to establish an office in Luxembourg and add a highly motivated individual to join a dedicated team focused on providing a quality service to our German speaking client base. The successful applicant will take a hybrid role working as a Legal Administrator and Transfer Agent.

Your role:
... will include the following duties and responsibilities:
Document Management- Transaction documentation execution and management- Execution and filing of contractual agreements- General filing and documents administration to include uploading documents on Sharepoint and organising the hard file

Company Secretarial & Domiciliation- Organisation, preparation and execution of board meetings and minutes- Preparation of AGMs and EGMs for Luxembourg funds- Preparation of legal, tax & regulatory filings and returns- Various project related activities- Ad-hoc legal administration duties

Transfer Agency- AML and Tax due diligence processes for onboarding new investors- Ongoing AML review and monitoring of investors including AML screening- Maintaining investor contact details on the CRM system- Oversight and maintenance of fund registers- Processing transfers and conversions within programs- Issuing notice of acceptance, capital call and distribution notices- Issuing investor communications (capital account statements, quarterly reports, financial statements, etc.) on a timely basis- Maintain and update procedures manuals in respect of transfer agency and anti-money laundering procedures- Record keeping

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in business or law- First experience working in the fund industry ideally either in the corporate secretary or transfer agency- Basic knowledge of the funds industry- Good AML knowledge would definitely be a valuable asset- Good analytical skills and attention to detail- Computer literate and competent with MS Word and Excel- Ability to act on own initiative- An organised approach to work with good attention to detail- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) in German and English
