KPMG Luxembourg is looking for a passionate and experienced **Tech Lead** to join our Digital Transformation team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative digital solutions while fostering a vibrant, high-performing development culture. As a trusted technical expert, you’ll drive excellence in software engineering practices, mentor developers, and shape the future of our digital platforms.

You’ll be working on cutting-edge technologies, including cloud-native architectures and AI integrations, ensuring that KPMG remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

**What you will be working on**:
Technical Leadership & Project Delivery
- Lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to design scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Act as a hands-on technical leader, contributing to development when needed and setting the bar for code quality and best practices.

Engineering Excellence
- Champion clean code principles, structured code reviews, and modern software development methodologies.
- Drive DevOps practices using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Coordinate with architecture and security teams to ensure technical solutions meet KPMG’s compliance and performance standards.

Mentoring & Community Building
- Actively coach and mentor development teams to elevate their technical skills and foster continuous growth.
- Lead technical workshops, peer coding sessions, and knowledge-sharing events to build a collaborative Tech Community.
- Promote a culture of innovation, openness, and learning across engineering teams.

Innovation & Emerging Tech
- Stay on top of the latest tech trends and evaluate emerging tools and frameworks.
- Propose and implement new technologies such as AI/ML services, cloud-native patterns, and serverless computing.
- Integrate intelligent services like Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services to enhance digital solutions.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering full-cycle digital projects in agile environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, App Services, and DevOps tools.**What you will get**
