Tech Lead Symfony

Our Delta technologies team is looking for a Tech Lead for our fasts growing activities with our client.
The Tech Lead will have the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex solutions using Symfony
- Oversee the technical design of projects, ensuring the quality and scalability of solutions
- Mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the professional development of team members
- Work closely with project stakeholders to define needs, priorities, and timelines
- Maintain constant technological surveillance to guarantee the use of the best practices and latest tools
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of **10 years** experience in **PHP **development, with significant expertise in** Symfony**:
- Proven experience in project management and technical leadership
- Excellent understanding of software design principles and design patterns
- Experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD tools
- Strong ability to work in an agile team and communicate effectively in both French and English
- Experience in implementing automated tests to ensure code quality
