ING Luxembourg is looking for a trainee within its department « Procurement Trainee (M/F) » on an internship contract agreed by the student’s school, starting from January 2025.

Within the Procurement department you will:

- Bring administrative support within the team on register contracts and related documentation in the procurement tool
- Bring administrative support in RFP launch, reception,
- Bring support ongoing procurement projects (interact with different departments within ING Lux and other ING entities)

Profil

Ideally undergraduate university degree and is a postgraduate student
- General knowledge of a procurement / purchasing department
- Perfect knowledge of French and English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite;

Soft skills
- Well organized and focused on quality and timely delivery;
- Strong analytical & thinking skills and able to work with autonomy;
- Able to use new IT products and using them wisely;
- Team player with good social skills and a strong communicator
