**Who We're Looking For**

Are you currently studying **Economics, Management, Finance, or IT**, and have a genuine interest in **banking and finance**? Do you enjoy working with digital tools and want to be part of a team that supports clients in their digital banking journey?

**What You’ll Be Involved In**

**Support the Implementation of e-Banking Solutions**
- Assist in setting up and adapting e-banking systems for corporate clients Help manage user access and configuration updates for e
- isting contracts

**Contribute to Technical and Administrative Operations**
- Support the day-to-day management of e-banking platforms
- Help ensure smooth and accurate processing of payment flows through MultiLine

**Client Interaction & Helpdesk Support**

Be in direct contact with clients by phone or (appro
- imately 60% in French, 40% in English) Assist clients with updates to their e
- isting setup, such as adding users or adjusting access
- Reach out to clients to guide them through migrations to new tools or to provide support in case of issues (e.g. payment errors)
- Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach in all client interactions
