Job Purpose:

TME was established in 2018 in response to the United Kingdom's vote to leave the European Union (EU) in June 2016 which has resulted in the UK's exit from the EU on 31 January 2020.

The Reporting senior officer - reports into the Financial reporting supervisor and closely collaborates with the Local and International Finance team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to the statutory and regulatory reporting of TME- Provide support during the statutory audit and coordinate with PwC local team- Ensure adherence to all Corporate policies and procedures and implementation of adequate internal control measures- Participate at month and quarter end close and ensure timely completion of related tasks in collaboration with the accounting team (optional)

The scope includes TME and branches (Continental Europe).

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting_ and Finance_- Participate and/or lead the preparation of the statutory and regulatory reporting of TME- Implementation of a suite of controls to ensure data coherence between different regulatory reports- Provide support to Financial reporting supervisor to ensure that all internal controls and accounting policies set locally and by the Group are consistently applied and adhered to and ensure efficient cooperation with the finance function in London and TME branches- Participate at the monthly and quarterly close- Provide support to the accountanting team in different ad hoc tasks- Keep accounting records in accordance with Luxembourg Accounting principles and other Group accounting standards (as considered necessary)- Adhere to the Corporate accounting policy
- Compliance & Audit_- Provide support during the statutory audit
- Treasury and cash Management_- Coordination with the central treasury function to bring to completion any audit related matters and other BAU
- Skills and Experience Specification:

- Essential_- Accounting degree- 5-7 years working experience- Strong Excel skills- Fluent in English and French- Good communication skills
- Desirable_- Previous experience in similar function
