**About the Team & Business Line**

This is an exciting new role with the Corporate Secretarial - Operations function in a large and growing Fund Administration business. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced person to be part of our critical functions across multiple countries.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team across multiple regional countries, working closely with senior management and clients to drive growth and add value to our CoSec Operations. As a core member of our CoSec Operations team, be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

**Your Role**:

- You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring that work is being coordinated and performed (by yourself or by someone within your team) and that deadlines are met.
- Liaise with local and international legal professionals, financial institutions and professionals, as well as, client liaison and support.
- Ensure the accurate maintenance and updating of statutory books and database administration and related statutory filings and payments.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of various internal tracking spreadsheets and daily/weekly and monthly reporting, as well as participate in collection and collation of KYC documents for client files.
- Identify when processes/procedures need to be documented or amended, in the aim of gaining efficiencies.
- Mentoring, coaching and training junior staff on internal processes, client specificities and general processes.

**About You**:

- You have a Bachelors’ Degree in business or corporate law.
- Ideally 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position gained within a corporate services provider or law firm in Luxembourg.
- Highly organized and accurate, self-motivated and eager to take ownership of the transactions.
- Work effectively within a team, as well as, individually.
- Client focused, service-minded and show a dynamic attitude.
- Able to multi-task, while managing, with the assistant vice president, unforeseen urgencies as and when they arise.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - fluent level of English (French / German would definitely be a valuable asset).
