Our client is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the PERE operational processes. You will be the go-to person for all matters related to the activity, ensuring efficient processing of General Partners information system. Your role is pivotal in reviewing operational information from third parties and directing it to the appropriate operational teams for further action. **This is a 5-months temporary opportunity.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for the team’s activity.
- Manage daily contributions to the teams’ Inbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor activity volumes and escalate capacity issues to prevent bottlenecks.
- Support business teams by facilitating access to GP platforms and resolving connectivity issues.
- Escalate technical problems to the IT department and oversee the resolution process.
- Participate in the daily oversight of document collection activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Forecast capacity requirements and adjust resources accordingly to meet operational demands.
- Generate and present activity KPIs to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and suggest process or technical enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and reduce operational risks.

**Your Profile**:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of diligence.
- Strong ability to coordinate and motivate teams.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English are essential.
