Processing securities transactions and securities transfers as well as transactions related to private equity and limited partnerships.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Processing of exchange traded securities trades and transfers free of payment
- Securities settlement free and against payment including cross-border instructions
- Securities settlement of incoming, outgoing and internal transfers
- Follow up and booking of transactions on mutual funds, limited partnerships and alternative investments
- Securities reconciliation and investigations
- Processing of traspaso transactions (Spanish mutual funds)
- Being first point of contact for relationship manager and assistance in case of requests
- Keeping open positions under control
- UAT testing and procedures / process documentation
- Active participation to the banks projects related to the regulatory requirements as well as CtB and RtB activities
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Banking apprenticeship or Bachelor degree related to financial markets
- Excellent communication skills / good team worker
- Good knowledge of security related SWIFT Messages (MT5XX, MX)
- Detail oriented and readiness of mind
- Good knowledge of financial markets and banking sector
- Good English skills, German and other languages are beneficial
- Knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
