**We are looking for an HR Officer**:
**Your mission**:
- Be significantly involved in HR projects and continuous improvement,
- Coordinate and implement HR policies and processes,
- Support and participate in the performance and career management process such as year-end evaluation,
- Review timesheets to ensure the appropriate allocation of work,
- Contribute to the production of HR administration/documents as required (e.g. ensure the establishment of employment contracts and relevant amendments for all employees, etc.)
- Manage integration/exit/long term leaves meetings,
- Contribute to the success of the firm’s diversity & inclusion initiatives,
- Promote a positive work environment.
**Your profile**:
- You are holding a Master’s degree in a human resources related field (i.e. law, economics, social sciences, etc.) and/or an equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources.
- You are fluent in French. A good command of English is a strong asset. German and/or Luxembourgish being a plus.
- You are dynamic, highly motivated and have excellent communication skills. You are discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- You are a team player.
- You are organized and able to take care of last minute requests with a twist of creativity.
