**Job Description**:
We are collaborating with a well-regarded Banking client, who are looking for a Finance & Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their Internal Finance team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a small team of accountants to meet accounting & regulatory reporting deliverables and compliance over requirements for several entities
- Involvement in production, review and sign-off on financial & regulatory reporting
- Maintain good internal controls over process with correct policy and procedures in place
- Active involvement in understanding reporting requirements
- Act as accounting policy lead from control and system perspective, including implementation of any new regulatory requirements or updates to policy and procedures
- Production and analysis of management information for relevant business lines and jurisdictions, as needed
- Involvement in Tax Compliance and working with various stakeholders including Audit
- Master/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or similar, with a professional accounting qualification being preferred (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or other)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar internal finance role with strong technical accounting and reporting experience as well as remote management experience - Banking and/or Audit background advantageous
- Management and supervisory experience
- Strong analytical background, proactive with excellent communications
- Speak fluent English, with another European language considered a plus
