Regulatory Reporting Analyst - Private Bank Luxembourg

The Head of Regulatory Reporting for the submission of reporting;
The Head of Accounting & Tax in the production of statutory Financial Statements;
The Head of Planning & Reporting in the budgeting process.
It is a very central position bringing autonomy, fast and efficient learning and unique opportunity to build sharp skills and competencies in a most efficient manner. The Progression perspective could be within one of the departments above-mentioned as an Officer or Deputy Head, according to the profile and needs.
Your main responsibilities
Acting as a back up and supporting the Head of Regulatory Reporting in the production and submission of regulatory reporting for the Luxembourg Bank entities and answering regulators queries/surveys on regulatory reporting under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer;
Being involved in the production of the Pillar III disclosures of the bank;
Assisting in the preparation of the Recovery & Resolution plans of the bank;
Supporting the Head of Accounting & Tax in the production of the statutory financial statements for the Luxembourg Bank entities and provide related deliverables;
Supporting the Head of Planning & Reporting in the budgeting process and provide related deliverables;
Helping the finance team in the automation/efficiency initiatives that relate to financial/regulatory management reporting and with the monthly internal control system;
Aiding Actively the Finance & Accounting team in the management of projects, external audit and internal & external inspections.
3 to 5 years exp in accounting, finance and/or regulatory reporting in a banking environment with a very good knowledge of regulations applicable to the banking sector;
Master's degree in finance and/or accounting and excellent knowledge of regulatory reporting under Luxemburgish laws and regulations;
Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse large amount of data;
Good knowledge of private banking operations, banking processes and the related risk (Pillar III) and understanding of IFRS for banks;
Fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or potentially Portuguese is a plus.
