**REGULATORY REPORTING ADMINISTRATOR (M/F)**:
**Reports to Regulatory Reporting Manager**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for FATCA/CRS and other regulatory queries raised by the client facing teams
- Ensure the adherence of our standard procedures and processes
- Registrations with the IRS and country specific portals
- Prepare and submit FATCA and CRS reporting
- Maintenance of internal databases
- Sense-check and sign off of investor classifications

**Skills, knowledge, expertise**:

- Demonstrate 2 to 4 years of experience in the investment fund industry in the field of middle office, reporting or product control
- Hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Previous regulatory experience preferred, but not essential
- Sound technical financial services knowledge
- Computer literacy, word processing and spreadsheet skills are essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
- Fluent in English (French is considered as an asset)
