**Sr Legal Officer - Human-Sized Fiduciary, Healthy Work Environment**

It is a pleasure to introduce you to an opportunity with one of our clients. The fiduciary is located in the city center and offers an excellent work environment. **Your Responsibilities**|** Legal - Corporate officer - Corporate - CoSec - Law - Fiduciary**
- You will be responsible for **organizing** board meetings and drafting minutes.
- You will be asked to **draft** and **review** various documents such as loan agreements, resolutions, and certain contracts based on templates.
- You will **liaise** with banks regarding the opening and closing of bank accounts.
- You will **be in contact** with third parties such as lawyers, notaries, and auditors.
- You will **review** documents and ensure their compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
- You will have **direct contact** with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Legal - Corporate officer - Corporate - CoSec - Law - Fiduciary**
- You have **at least 3 years** of experience as a Corporate Officer within a fiduciary or a PFS in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in **English**; any additional language will be considered an asset.
- To be efficient in this position, you are **well-organized and proactive**, which is essential to meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrating **stability** in your career path is important to reflect a strong fit with the company’s culture.

- You will earn a salary of up to **70,000€ gross/year**, depending on your knowledge and experience.
