La personne recherchée devrait avoir des compétences dans les domaines suivants:
**Gestion des opérations**: Le gérant devrait être en mesure de superviser toutes les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant, y compris la planification des horaires, la gestion des commandes et la supervision du personnel.

**Service client**: Le gérant sera responsable de la satisfaction des clients, devrait s'assurer que le service client est de haute qualité, les plaintes sont traitées avec soin et les clients sont satisfaits.

**Gestion du personnel**: Le gérant sera responsable de l'organisation des plannings de son équipe.

**Gestion financière**: Le gérant doit être capable d'assurer les budgets qui lui sont mis à disposition par la direction.

**Marketing**: Le gérant devra assurer la promotion du restaurant, la publicité et le marketing pour attirer de nouveaux clients et fidéliser les clients existants.

**Planification stratégique**: Le gérant devra être en mesure de développer et de mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques à long terme pour le restaurant, en fidélisant la clientèle et en veillant à ce que les menus soient toujours à jour.

**Les compétences requises pour le poste de gérant**:
**Compétences en leadership**: Le gérant doit être capable de diriger, motiver et inspirer son équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise.

**Compétences en communication**: Le gérant doit être capable de communiquer efficacement avec les membres de son équipe, les clients et les fournisseurs.

**Compétences en service client**: Le gérant doit être capable de fournir un service client de haute qualité et de s'assurer que les clients sont satisfaits de leur expérience.

**Compétences en hygiène et sécurité alimentaire**: Le gérant doit être capable de veiller à ce que les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire soient respectées pour assurer la sécurité des clients et du personnel.

Minimum de 4 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine.

Être rigoureux, créatif et discipliné.
