And this through project management, business/functional analysis, and the development of information technology tools.

**ENTRUSTED RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing technical support to teams within the organization and to IT Business Owners when required
- Managing ticketed query system
- Maintaining and updating technical documents & procedures
- Preparing & upgrading maintenance plans & schedules
- Assisting in the analysis & audit of new projects

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or equivalent
- Background or previous experience in system administration
- At least 3 years of experience in the field
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux environment
- Knowing and interest in agile methodologies
- Good commands of English and French
