Application Manager - 4 mois - Luxembourg
Un de nos importants clients recherche un Application Manager pour une mission de 4 mois sur Luxembourg.
Afin de renforcer cette équipe, notre client recherche un(e) Application Manager (M/F) pour une mission de 4 mois renouvelable. Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible.
Intégré(e) à l?équipe du département Informatique en tant qu'Application Manager, vous serez notamment chargé(e) du support niveau 2:
Prendre en charge les tickets d?incident de production
Assurer le suivi de la documentation de gestion des incidents.
Mettre à jour et améliorer en continu les procédures de résolution.
Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs internes (par mail et par téléphone).
Participer activement au support pendant les périodes de forte charge.
Améliorer en continue et industrialiser les process routinier afin de prendre en charge des tâches de supports de plus en plus complexe avec le temps.
Compétences techniques
Confluence, Jira, PL/SQL, PowerShell scripting, SQL, Unix
Votre profil
**Formation**: Vous êtes titulaire d?un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 (minimum) en informatique.
**Expérience**: Vous justifiez d?une première expérience (au moins 1 an) dans un rôle similaire de support applicatif.
**Qualités personnelles**:
Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d?autonomie, d'honnêteté et avez un réel sens du service.
**Curiosité**: vous aimez découvrir des nouvelles technologies et apprendre en continu.
**Résolution de problèmes**: Capacité à identifier rapidement les problèmes et à proposer des solutions efficaces
**Vision à long terme**: Aptitude à concevoir des solutions durables et à anticiper les besoins futurs pour éviter la récurrence des problèmes
**Respect des procédures**: vous vous conformez aux règles et procédures de l'entreprise.
**Atouts**: Flexible et fiable, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez vous adapter aux imprévus.
