Mid-senior compliance officer - Your responsibilities:
- You will report to the Compliance Officer and indirectly to the Board of Directors.
- You will develop and enforce compliance procedures to minimize business and reputational risks.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in regulatory risk management and compliance monitoring.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain necessary registers (e.g., conflicts of interest, complaints).
- Support AML/CFT functions including drafting reports and liaising with regulators.
- Conduct training on compliance and regulatory matters.
Mid-senior compliance officer - Your profile:
- You are proficient in English, fluent in French and any other language is an advantage.
- You must have a high sense of pro-activity and self-organization capabilities which is a considerable asset for them.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- 4-5 years' experience in Luxembourg's financial services with a focus on AML/CFT and KYC.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
