As a **Senior Product Designer**, you’ll play a core part in shaping the user experience of our OSINT platform. You’ll help design powerful, intuitive tools for analysts that are robust enough to handle high-stakes workflows, from investigative search and data collection to efficient consumption, visualization, and reporting. This role blends deep design craft with strategic impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to navigate complex problems, develop thoughtful solutions, and shape the product vision with a user-centric and domain-aware perspective.

**Scope of work**:

- ** Lead complex design initiatives** from discovery through delivery across a wide range of problem spaces—including data visualization, operational workflows, multilingual investigations, operational security, and more.
- **Drive product discovery** to uncover the “why” behind user needs and explore the full spectrum of possible solutions—pushing boundaries to turn bold ideas into reality.
- **Learn and understand about OSINT workflows** and the tools, techniques, and challenges faced by defense, intelligence, and law enforcement professionals—designing for power users who demand speed, precision, and trust.
- **Communicate design decisions** clearly and persuasively, using storytelling to articulate rationale and navigate tradeoffs with cross-functional stakeholders.
- **Collaborate closely across disciplines** to help define product strategy that aligns user needs with technical and operational realities.
- **Contribute to the evolution of our design system**, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution across a modular, evolving product surface.
- **Mentor fellow designers** and contribute to a culture of craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement across the design team.

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years of experience designing B2B, data-heavy, or analytical tools.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates craftsmanship, systems thinking, and strategic impact.
- Experience designing for complex interfaces such as dashboards, mapping tools, search experiences, or investigative workflows.
- High comfort working with information-dense UIs, and solving for clarity and hierarchy in visual design.
- Deep user empathy, with an ability to understand and advocate for non-technical, technical, and expert user groups.
- Fluency with Figma and prototyping tools; knowledge of accessibility and design ethics in high-stakes environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to think beyond design—influencing product direction, scope, and priorities.
- Full professional proficiency in English, with strong communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats.
