Product Lead (Hybrid Product Manager / UX Role)

About the Company

Our client is a well‑established Healthtech platform (SaaS). The company has built a technically robust platform and is now focusing on modernisation and product evolution. You will join a lean, senior team that values creativity, pragmatism and direct impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology professionnal to shape and drive their technology strategy. You'll play a key role in aligning IT architecture with business goals, leading transformation initiatives, and fostering innovation while ensuring compliance with security and governance frameworks.

Role Overview

As Product Lead, you will bridge Product Management and UX Design. Your mission is to translate strategic objectives into a clear product vision and roadmap, conduct market and user research, design and prototype new features, and collaborate closely with engineering, design and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding products.

This role reports directly to the CEO and works alongside the CTO to ensure timely, high‑quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy: Establish and communicate a long‑term product vision aligned with business goals, and create a prioritised roadmap.
  • Lead product discovery: Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user research to identify opportunities and customer need.
  • Design and prototype: Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes (using Figma or similar tools) and document user flows and requirements for the engineering team.
  • Cross‑functional leadership: Act as a bridge between engineering, design, marketing and sales, ensuring cohesive product development.
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog: Write clear product briefs and user stories, prioritising features based on business impact and user values.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle: Manage the process from concept through development, testing, launch and iterations, ensuring on‑time delivery and adherence to scope.
  • Validate and iterate: Gather user feedback through testing and data analysis to validate ideas and continuously improve the products.
  • Communicate and report: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, track key performance metrics, and adjust the roadmap based on insights.
  • Cultivate a lean, outcome‑focused culture: Encourage rapid experimentation, avoid bureaucracy, and maintain a pragmatic approach to product discovery.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5–8 years in product management, UX design or hybrid roles within SaaS, marketplace or digital platform environments.
  • Skills: Strong product sense; hands‑on experience with UX/UI design (wireframes, user flows, prototypes); excellent analytical and benchmarking capabilities; structured communication skills; ability to align technical and business teams.
  • Technical tools: Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Notion and Jira (or equivalent).
  • Language: Fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experiences.
