CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Junior Stock Management, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg.
Your Missions
You keep the CMDB up-to-date;
You prepare IT equipment for newcomers;
You manage IT Stocks (In/Out), (Physical + CMDB update);
You manage quarantine;
You manage hard drive sanitization; and testing machines
You are in charge of the Installation of standard images on machines;
You are in charge of preparing storage and delivery for donations;
You store, selective waste sorting, recycling;
You identify and escalate major incidents to management;
You stay current with system information, changes and updates;
You resolve hardware incidents, replacing or upgrading equipment as necessary ;
You test and maintain equipment and replace HW
**Profile**:
You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
You have very good oral and written communication skills, and you can communicate fluently in English and French
You have very good skills in market standard products (Windows, PC's, portable devices).
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
