Regulatory Reporting Officer

Within the LOESA Finance function, the Regulatory Reporting Officer is part of the Regulatory Reporting unit.

The Regulatory Reporting Officer is accountable for the production, control and submission of regulatory reporting to the various regulatory bodies of LOESA, including its branches.

The job also includes daily cash nostro management and treasury controls.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Management of the LOESA-FIN-REPORTING mailbox- Maintenance of the regulatory reporting inventory with new reporting obligations or new instructions- Regulatory reporting watch and anticipation of any new development of the reporting framework- Production, control and submission of assigned reporting within regulatory deadlines- Performance of data quality controls and reconciliation for reporting accuracy, including analytical reviews- Documentation of operational procedures for the productions, control and submission of assigned reporting- Escalation and resolution of regulatory reporting issues (e.g. missed reporting deadlines or obligations, analysis request from regulators, identification if key data issues )- When production is delegated to a third party, ensure timely provision of necessary data and appropriate oversight and controls of the provider duties- Identify and follow-up resolution of data quality or technical issues (JIRAs)- For new reporting obligations, participate as a business analyst and test automated reporting

**Profile**:
You have a Master in Finance and Accounting or equivalent. Proven management skills in similar positions with at least 5 years of experience in the banking industry

You have the inherent skills to this position:
- Strong technical skills in reporting (BCL, FINREP, COREP, LIQREP )- Knowledge of SAP and WKFS engine- Accurate and analytical- Strongly organized- Accountable and proactive- Ability to communicate with senior management and to network within the Group- Be able to organize and prioritize workload- Hands-on- Knowledge of Spanish regulatory reporting is a plus- Fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus
