Are you the **catalyst** who ensures technology sticks? As a **Change & Project Management Consultant** within the **Digital Impulse** team, you won't just manage projects; you'll orchestrate the human side of digital transformation. You are the link between ambitious technical delivery and **meaningful user adoption**, ensuring that new tools aren't just installed, but embraced. You will lead end-to-end transformation, focusing on driving measurable business outcomes through sustained behavioural change. Your autonomy and willingness to step into operational topics will be key to elevating the overall quality and productivity of our client teams.

**What you will do**
- ** Transformation Leadership**: Lead end-to-end organisational and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring both business outcomes and user adoption are achieved;
- ** Change Strategy**: Design and execute change management strategies, integrating them into overall project governance;
- ** Adoption Drive**: Drive communication, training, and leadership engagement activities to build awareness and sustain behavioural change;
- ** Stakeholder Alignment**: Facilitate steering committees, stakeholder reviews, and readiness assessments to maintain alignment and momentum;
- ** Applied Expertise**: Contribute through your second domain expertise (e.g., Project Management, Business Analysis, or other) to connect adoption with technical and operational realities;
**Qualifications**
Must-Have:

- ** Education**: Academic background in Business, Management, IT, Communication, or Organisational Psychology;
- ** Experience**:A minimum **5 years’ experience** in digital transformation, organisational change, or hybrid project delivery;
- ** Project Frameworks**: Solid understanding of project-management frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2®, Agile, ITIL®);
- ** Technology Acumen**: Working knowledge of the **M365 ecosystem** (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Copilot, Power Platform, etc.);
- ** Delivery Management**: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and delivery tracks in complex environments;
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written);
- ** Who you are**:Strong communicator** and stakeholder engagement expert, structured and analytical thinker with a practical execution mindset, reliable, client-oriented, and committed to quality delivery.

Nice-to-Have:

- ** Certifications**: Prosci certification or formal qualification in change management;
- ** M365 Depth**: Microsoft certifications (MS-900, SC-900, PL-900, Copilot Enablement) or demonstrable M365 expertise;
- ** Analytics**: Experience using Viva Insights, Power BI, or adoption analytics dashboards;
- ** Sector Experience**: Background in multi-entity, regulated, or public-sector transformation programs.
