Project Management Consultant

As an Project Management Consultant, you manage complex transformation, infrastructure, development, and ITSM projects across a variety of industries and clients. You oversee delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live and sustainment, aligning with business goals, operational constraints, and organisational maturity. You are responsible for project planning, coordination, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery performance. You work closely with both business and IT teams, managing priorities, constraints, and risks while ensuring clear communication and progress reporting.

You work across project environments that range from fully structured (PMP, PRINCE2) to hybrid or iterative (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ITIL-aligned operational processes. Your ability to tailor frameworks to the project context is critical. You bring added value by contributing from a second specialisation such as Business Analysis, Change Enablement, Testing, Cybersecurity, Data Management, or User Experience.

Part of your key responsibilities : 

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital, regulatory, or transformation projects in hybrid delivery environments;
• Tailor and apply governance frameworks to project context (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, ITIL, etc.);
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across business and IT;
• Prepare and animate steering committees, operational reviews, and delivery reports;
• Contribute with your second domain expertise (e.g. defining requirements, supporting change, or ensuring data compliance)

Must have : 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management across business and IT contexts;
• Solid knowledge of structured and adaptive delivery frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, ITIL);
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written);
• Experience using collaborative tools such as M365 (O365, SharePoint, Teams, Loop etc.), Azure DevOps (or alternative backlog management tool), MS Project (or alternative);
• Academic background in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or equivalent;
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and delivery tracks in complex environments;
• Proven experience in a second specialisation such as Business Analysis, Testing, Change Enablement, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Cybersecurity, UX, Presales, Bid Management, or Advisory;
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStructured and analytical thinking with practical execution mindset;
• Willingness to step into operational topics at any given time to improve the overall image and productivity of any given team (e.g. document quality assurance, actively leading brainstorming sessions and workshops, etc.);
• Proactive problem-solver with strong coordination capability;
• Able to lead without formal authority and align diverse teams;
• Reliable, client-oriented, and committed to quality delivery.

Nice to have :

• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Product, SAFe or Scrum), or ITIL;
• Experience working across both private and public sector organisations;
• Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Power BI;
• Experience leading both infrastructure and application delivery initiatives.
