**Responsibilities**:
**Senior Legal Counsel - Your responsibilities**:
- You will pursue all the requests and interrogations of the clients and stakeholders.
- You will be the support for all the projects of the funds, follow the regulations, legal and tax matters.
- Advice the day-to-day administration and all types of funds.
- Correlate the legal formalities of the portfolio of clients.
- Good knowledge in drafting fund documentation for alternative investment funds.
**Profile**:
**Senior Legal Counsel - Your profile**:
- You have at least one master's degree in law.
- You already have **3 years of experience** in a law firM/Fund RE and want to join a company where you can evaluate.
- Fluent in English and French; any other language will be considered an asset.
- You have a good understanding of legal, regulatory and tax issues relating to RE transactions and investment structures across Europe.
- Your **tasks will be varied and non-routine**, with the opportunity to **work with interesting clients.**
