We have an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading manufacturer’s, based in Foetz but we also offer a hybrid working solution. Job Purpose

Ownership & responsibility for the achievement of the Division’s key commercial objectives within a specified customer(s) and overall strategy by establishing and pro-actively managing relationships at multiple levels.

Coordination of all activities within the customer account (s) taking a bespoke approach based on each customer’s requirements, ensuring that both immediate team members and wider stakeholders within the business are fully aligned to this at all times.

Your responsibilities will be
- Driving forward strategic business development in the interests of further growth
- Developing and implementing a strategy for the various divisions based on the overarching sales strategy
- Developing the annual Aldi account plan, setting targets, defining strategies and initiating the most important tasks, taking into account the contributions of the various departments and (local) Aldi account managers.
- Carrying out market and competition analyses as well as key account performance indicator analyses
- Strategic development and pricing
- Working directly with the locally responsible sales colleagues in the respective countries - Take over the functional management of the cross-divisional Aldi KAMs in the various countries (UK, Germany, Benelux, France, Spain,....), totalling approx. 10 people.
- Manages a Sales Coordinator hierarchically and functionally
- You lead central contract and price negotiations on an international level together with your regional KAMs
- You will also be responsible for managing international tenders and projects
- Development of new markets and new product categories
- Additional support for the German and Austrian markets for the Liquid & Powder divisions
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces
- Participation in customer meetings in the countries
- Presenting the account plan to the Executive Committee of the McBride Group and informing the divisional managing directors at least twice a year about the progress made in implementing the account plan.

Skills and education we are looking for
- University degree in economics or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience and proven success in the management of international key accounts, ideally in the household cleaning industry and with the customer Aldi
- Experience with negotiations at decision-maker level
- German language mandatory
- Experience of working with value brand products
