**Job description**: To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a **Business Analyst E-Front**speaking **English and French.** **Your main responsibilities**: - Engage with stakeholders to gain insights into their business goals, objectives, and limitations. - ** Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys** to collect comprehensive business requirements. - ** Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data flow.**: - Convert business needs into f**unctional specifications and technical requirements.**: - ** Create use cases, user stories, and process diagrams** to clearly communicate requirements to development teams. - ** Collaborate with solution architects and developers** to design optimal technology solutions. - ** Serve as a bridge**between business units, technology teams, and support teams. - Facilitate **effective communication** to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and deliverables. - ** Manage stakeholder expectations** and provide regular progress updates. - ** Develop test plans and test cases**derived from business requirements. - ** Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT)**with business users. - Ensure that the final solutions meet business objectives and quality standards. - ** Assist with change management efforts**, including training and communication planning. - ** Support the seamless transition**and adoption of new systems and processes by end-users. **Job requirements**: **Your profile**: - You have** at least 5 years of experience** in a similar position. - Fluent in** English and French**: - Technical Skills - Knowledge of **eFront (FrontInvest) product**: - Knowledge o**f Private Equity** - Soft Skills - Excellent **analytical a**nd writing skills. - ** Good communication** and** collaboration abilities.**: - Ability to **adapt quickly to changing requirements** and w**ork effectively in a fast-paced environment**. **_ **What is offered**: - Take the opportunity to join our "NSI family", where human values remain at the heart of our priorities - Permanent contract - Training courses - Dynamic and innovative environment - Be in the position to open your career perspectives - Competitive salary package **_ **#NSILuxembourgPSF
