**Job description**:
Services covering, among others, analysis, design, deployment and hosting-related work. The provision of expertise, studies, evaluation, reporting in view to perform business processes.
- Analysis of business, functional and technology-related needs, requirements and specifications.
- Analysis of stakeholders, organisational structures, business processes, data flows and businessmodels.
- Information systems’ architectural modelling and functional design.
- Workload analysis, estimation and costing for information systems.
- Production of documents relating to information systems (user guides etc.).
- Provision of quality plans, underpinning contracts, service level agreements, quality control and evaluation plans.
- Testing and acceptance of deliverables, provided by Suppliers (third-party contractors orotherwise).
- Project Management and Quality Assurance:

- Defining quality, test and acceptance procedures and criteria.
- Quality assessments or other matters associated with information systems’ quality.
- Participation in business, functional and technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetingswith the business/users.
- Interfacing between the business side and the project team.

**Profile**:
**Your Qualifications and technical expertise**:

- Real operational experience in bank and general knowledge of capital markets products and operations;
- Experience with implementation of supranational direct membership of central clearing with Eurex for derivates;
- Experience with collateral management (bilateral and cleared);
- Experience with Markitwire;
- Experience with operating model (re-)design for organisations with a similar set-up, e.g. asset management firms, international financial institutions (IFIs) and (investment) banks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Skilled in meeting and workshop facilitation experience;
- Highly analytical, well-structured and organised.
