We are looking for a talented:
**Project Manager** (m/w)**:
**Your role and activities**

Successfully manage Digital and IT projects, from initial analysis and conception, throughout development, tests, delivery, and nurture. In close collaboration with a highly qualified team of Software, Data and IT engineering teams, designers, and projects stakeholders.

Your main activities will include:

- Analyze, scope, estimate, plan and prioritize needs, projects, and tasks.
- Ensure the quality and participate in the quality assurance procedures.
- Monitor, drive, and communicate projects’ status and progress.
- Own agile and conventional planning boards.
- Provide support and trainings to end-users.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the methodologies and processes in place.

**About you**

Experience and competences:

- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Digital or IT Project Management.
- A proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (preferably with Atlassian products)
- The ability to speak and write fluently in English and French, with a clear communication style.
- Ideally, a technical background, or a strong interest in Web, Digital and IT technologies.
- A previous experience with one or more of the following, will be considered an asset: CRM (Salesforce), Web Analytics, SEO, Basecamp.
- Any relevant certification in IT or Project Management will be considered a plus.

- A self-organized and self-starter mindset in order to manage projects autonomously, but with a strong team spirit.
- The capacity to handle complex situations and prioritize a large number of concurrent tasks, with pragmatism and optimism.
- The curiosity and ability to shortly learn new technologies, methodologies, and processes.
- A profound sense of quality and aesthetics, with great attention to details.
- A good understanding of digital user experience concepts, with an interest in user-centered design processes.
