The Mission As our Junior Network Administrator, you will be the backbone of our digital infrastructure. You will ensure that our pan-European teams stay connected, secure, and efficient. Working directly under the authority and mentorship of the CTO, you will balance high-level infrastructure optimization with essential hands-on support for our collaborators across Europe. Key Responsibilities
Your missions include, but are not limited to:
- Infrastructure Management: Proactively manage and continuously improve our global network infrastructures to support our rapid expansion.
- Network Security: Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect our data and communication channels across all business units.
- Asset Management: Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring all hardware and software resources are tracked, updated, and optimized.
- L2 Helpdesk Support: Act as the Level 2 escalation point for our collaborators throughout Europe, resolving complex technical issues with efficiency and a service-oriented mindset. Requirements & Skills To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:
- Network Knowledge:Solid foundation and understanding of network protocols, specifically TCP/IP and HTTP (ideally backed by a first successful experience or significant internship).**:
- Security Awareness:Good practical knowledge*
* of Firewall technologies and perimeter defense.
- Telephony Systems:Familiarity with*
* modern telephony infrastructures and VoIP solutions.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, as you will support an international team across multiple borders.
- Mindset:A strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within the team**, while maintaining the autonomy required for a freelance partnership.
